If you could ask yourself one question
every day that would make a real impact on those around you, what
would it be?
What would be possible, for you or your team, in your business or
organisation, if you stopped to ask yourself how you – as a leader
- could make it easier for everyone else to do a great job?
In last week’s interview, Ali Bulman shared several examples of how
she does this as she goes about her mission on a daily basis, from
removing obstacles that stand in the way to empowering others to
lead too.
Looking back on our conversation, I begin by reflecting on those
shared experiences that we didn’t know were part of our respective
career histories in health and care. I then look at what we can
learn from Ali’s experience of leading teams to create meaningful
change and creating the conditions where everyone can play to their
strengths.
If you’re looking to be a more effective leader and build a team
that really works with and around you to make a meaningful
difference, this week’s Insights episode is for you.
